Reserve Your Vehicle

• Steps involved with purchasing a vehicle from Big Bend Auto.

  How to buy

  There are a few steps involved with purchasing a vehicle from Big Bend Auto, each step must be fully completed in order and within 5 business days. Please help us to make the buying process quick as possible.

  • Research and Browse Inventory

  Review our available inventory, once you find the vehicle that meet your preferences go to next step.

  • Reserving a Vehicle

  1. After you have spoken with a sales representative you may reserve the vehicle. This may be done with a credit or debit card or a PayPal account.
  2. Click on the "Reserve Vehicle" tab on the listing. Fill in your information.                                                                                                                                                       
  3. You will be directed to "Terms and Conditions", if you agree to pay the $500.00 Non-Refundable Deposit hit "Pay Now".                     
  4. You will receive an email from PayPal confirming your deposit.

  • Buyer information

  Once we receive your deposit, you will receive "Buyers Information" form by email, please complete this form and send it back. The email will also contain your invoice confirming we received your payment showing the remaining balance and "Wire Instructions."

  • Payment

  The full payment will be due within 5 days of deposit being placed on the vehicle. We DO Accept cashier checks; however, we will need to verify funds and hold the vehicle and title until the check has cleared. This is typically within a 10-day period. Failure to make the full payment within that period can result in vehicle sold to another customer at that point the deposit will be surrendered to Big Bend Auto LLC.

  • Title and Paperwork

  Once the payment is made in full, there will be a Purchaser Agreement, Buyers Guide and the Title if on hand at that time will be emailed to the purchaser to sign. These copies will need to be signed and email back to Big Bend Auto. The originals will be then mailed to the address provided via USPS Priority Mail. The Vehicle will NOT be posted for shipping or allowed to be picked up until we received these forms completed.

                                                                                                                                                                              

After you submit this form, you will be directed to Payment Page and then you will be able to submit your $500.00 Deposit.
